10.1 Subscription service

The Refill Club is a recurring subscription that delivers Lio Cores, accessories, and/or devices to you on a scheduled basis, at a discounted subscriber price. Subscription benefits, pricing, and included products may vary by region and are displayed at the time of sign-up.

10.2 Automatic renewal

Your Subscription automatically renews on your selected delivery frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) unless modified, paused, or cancelled by you prior to the next renewal date.

By providing your payment details, you authorize Lio to automatically charge your chosen payment method the applicable Subscription fee on each renewal date until cancellation.

10.3 Subscription fee & changes

The applicable Subscription fee is shown at checkout. Subscription fees may vary by region and may change over time. We will notify active subscribers by email of any price increase at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Taxes are calculated and applied at the time each order is processed.

10.4 Failed payments

If a Subscription payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess the payment up to five (5) times over a reasonable period. You will be notified by email of any failed attempts. If payment cannot be collected, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your Subscription.

10.5 Managing your subscription

You may manage your Subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

• Pausing, skipping, or delaying a shipment.
• Swapping Core flavors or adjusting product selections.
• Changing delivery frequency.
• Updating payment or shipping details.
• Cancelling your Subscription.

10.6 Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, for any reason, through your customer account or by contacting support@breathelio.com.

Cancellation requests received after the cutoff time may not prevent the next scheduled order from processing and shipping. In such cases, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle.

A Subscription is not considered cancelled until you receive an email confirmation of cancellation from us. It is your responsibility to retain this confirmation.

Cancelling a Subscription does not automatically cancel any already-processed orders. Order cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

10.7 Our rights

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or cancel any Subscription at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.
